
An exhibition of works by Mexican artist Alfredo Zalce (1908–2003) will open at Gilcrease Museum in November.
Alfredo Zalce, El Grafico Popular will include some forty artworks from one of Mexico’s most creative and accomplished artists. The exhibition will focus on his work as a printmaker, consisting of lithographs, monotypes and relief prints.
Alfredo Zalce, El Grafico Popular provides a unique look at one of Mexico’s most celebrated and enduring artists, demonstrating Gilcrease Museum’s commitment to exploring the art and history of the Americas. The exhibition runs through March 23, 2008.
